Fantastic 4 !!

For all the fans who might be skeptics, Fantastic Four is worth your $7.00. It's light hearted, fast moving, decent dialogue, not too comic-book-corny, and actually funny. It's not going to blow your mind and I'm sure you can find some holes, but I actually laughed during this movie a lot, in places that I was supposed to. It felt pretty true to the comic, especially the dynamic between the Human Torch and the Thing. It was a great introduction to the team and anyone who's into the comic will like it I think.

Wow! Daredevil was freakin' horrible and painful to watch. I think the difference is that Daredevil was a kind of tortured character while the FF don't have all of that someone-close-to-me-died-at-the-hands-of-a-criminal-element and I-must-avenge-them sort of attitude. They were in a space accident. They decide to help people cause they can not because some tragic loss compels them to. That whole element makes it appealing and light-hearted.
